Following New Year’s Day in January, people celebrate the Chinese New Year and the Setsubun Festival in February. As the seasons change and the cold of winter gives way to spring, the days are getting longer, flowers are starting to bloom and the weather is gradually getting warmer.

3) Foreign Student Lecture Series “My Hometown and Fukuoka”
This is a monthly lecture series in which a foreign student residing and studying in Fukuoka is invited to share information about his/her hometown and culture. Through this series, we can learn about the student’s lifestyle, goals while in Fukuoka and vision for the future.
This will be a one-hour lecture session with 10-min. Q&A time as for the preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19. Appointment necessary.

1) Fukuoka City COVID-19 Vaccination Program
The Fukuoka City website offers information on the COVID-19 vaccination program such as:
how to book your vaccination, vaccination sites (mass vaccination centers, and regional clinics and hospitals), vaccinations for residents aged 12 to 15, requesting a new vaccination ticket when you move-in to Fukuoka City, applying for a Certificate of Vaccination for COVID-19, and more.
Please keep your vaccination ticket safe as you will need it when you make an appointment for the vaccination and when you get the vaccination at the vaccination site.

2) Cine-la Information “Exploring the History of Hong Kong Cinema”

3) Namaste Sunday @ Ajibi Art Cafe
This event is related to the “Hindu Gods and Goddesses Across Time” exhibition at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. 7) 福岡外国人雇用サービスセンター
このセンターは、外国人留学生や仕事を探している外国人のみなさまと、外国人の雇用を考えている企業のみなさまを支援する、国の機関（ハローワーク）です。英語、中国語の通訳がいる時間帯もあります。センターに来るときは在留カードをもってきてください。
利用時間：10:00～18:00（土日祝・年末年始を除く）
場所：エルガーラオフィス12階（福岡市中央区天神1-4-2）
通訳：英語 月、水、金 10:00～12:00、13:00～15:30
中国語 月、木 10:00～12:00、13:00～16:30
※面接や仕事では基本的な日常会話レベルの日本語が必要になります。

2) 「オージーと英語で楽しむトピックトーク」
陽気なオーストラリア人講師、クリス・ペリーさんと、様々なトピックについて学ぶ、交流型英会話教室です。英語に加えて、オーストラリアについてのトリビアも学べる、まさに「一石二鳥」の英会話です。

5) 行政書士ADRセンター福岡
ADRとは「Alternative Dispute Resolution」の略で、「裁判外紛争解決手続」を意味します。外国人の労働環境、職場環境など、身の回りで起こる様々なトラブルについて、裁判ではなく、公正な第三者が関与しながら、当事者同士が対話し、お互いに納得できる解決策を一緒に考えていく「対話促進型」の手続きです。調停は日本語で実施します。
