There are two ways to add the FCIF LINE Official Account to your LINE friends.

What you can do with the FCIF LINE Official Account

１．Consultation through the LINE Call  Starts on July 20th, 2022!

The LINE Call is the function that connects you to our LINE official account for free and enable you to consult to the Fukuoka City Consultation Support Center for Foreign Residents, even your smartphone or mobile phone has  no  contract with Japanese mobile carrier.
*Consultation available in 23 languages.

Make the LINE Call on Chat screen *needs to “Add friend” first

9:00～18:00 (admittance until 17:30)　※Closed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays and Dec.29 ~ Jan.3.

２．Recieve Information from FCIF

The information on FCIF organizing events and administrative information essential for foreign residents from Fukuoka City will be posted. Those information may be posted mainly on the LINE Voom, please check the information on the “投稿” screen.

*Another way to read the FCIF “投稿” posts, press “Voom” button on your LINE application. In this case, other organizers’ posts will be displayed too.
