On July 23, 2019, certificates of scholarship have been delivered by the executive director of Fukuoka City International Foundation, to seven Overseas Study Scholarship for Japanese University Students recipients, five Yokatopia Scholarship for International Students recipients (one student was absent), 13 Future Development Scholarship for International Students recipients.

On the same day, we invited Mr. Kenji Matsuguchi, who is about the same age as the students and founded a company, to give a lecture themed  on “The reality of starting business”. Another two ex-scholarship students who are working at Fukuoka based companies made a short speech to encourage this year’s scholarship students. At the networking session held after the ceremony, all Fukuoka City International Foundation’s scholarship students got together, exchanged information, and created new relationships.
